The website of Sebastian Soukup Film Architecture – Production Design has updated their filmography with an interesting entry:

Whether this means that this will be the first single remains to be seen, but it seems that a video is definitely on its way. As can be seen on that page, Sebastian Soukup worked on Mann gegen Mann as well. The newly restructured official site has already mentioned that a video has been shot. Perhaps this is it?
Richard was interviewed in the latest Metal Hammer podcast, where he mentions "Pussy" (and other topics). Richard's bit starts about 33 minutes in.
