It's been a work in progress for a long time now, originally slated for release around Christmas last year. Now, however, we finally have some concrete information. "Völkerball" will be released in both a standard and special edition. It is already finished and should be in stores around the end of October. Much more has found its way onto the DVD than previously planned, including almost three hours of live material from France, Japan, England, and Russia. In the special edition, there will be an additional DVD that includes two documentaries that run a total of over 90 minutes. The CD that is included with both editions contains 75 minutes of live material. The name is a pun and can either be translated as "dodgeball" (i.e. the game) or "people's ball" (i.e. dancing with people from different countries). More information to follow!
